The Tixi modems already support a lot of functions, but we almost daily receive new customer wishes.

Please inform us of your wishes which may further improve the system. Do you still miss functions in Soft- or Firmware? Do you need additional hardware interfaces?

We are happy to talk with you about the feasibility of these wishes.

- Serial-PPP to access the web server via COM1
- Logfile download via FTP
- Automatic transmode by CallerID recognition
- Acknowledge by email, POP3 after X minutes.
- Call acceptance in spite of recognized CallerID

These are only some wishes from the long list of customers requests.

When are these wishes realized?
Quite simply:
- If functions are so important for customers that they pay for the development. Send requests to our sales department.
- If a lot of customers have the same wishes.
