Next to good manuals we try to offer more documents to support customers as much as possible with their problems.

Hence, with problems we recommend at first a look into the FAQ on our web page. There you find answers to the most frequent questions.

If you have to install a modem abroad, we offer you the experiences accumulated by us regarding GSM provider, SMS gateways, Caller-ID and Internet accesses in so-called "Country info" documents.

These are updated regularly.
